Phantasm back for a 17th time (myKawartha.com)
Phantasm returns to Peterborough this weekend for the 17th year. The annual Role Playing Game (RPG) convention will be staged Sept. 29 and 30 at the Peterborough Public Library, 345 Aylmer St. N.
